You will contribute to sustainable ecological initiatives while developing the professional skills necessary for a career in wildlife management, conservation, or environmental/animal science.
Project description
You will be at the forefront of conservation projects in some of the most ecologically diverse regions in Africa. Whether observing the "Big 5" in Rwanda or studying the mountain ecosystems of Rwanda, you will work alongside experienced professionals to tackle real-world conservation challenges. You will gain hands-on experience in field research, habitat assessment, and sustainable management practices. By applying your skills in a dynamic setting, you’ll contribute to impactful initiatives that empower local communities and protect vital ecosystems.
Goal:
Our primary goal is to provide you with a transformative, hands-on learning experience that bridges the gap between academic theory and practical field application. By immersing participants in the diverse ecosystems of Rwanda, we aim to equip them with the technical skills and cross-cultural competencies necessary for impactful careers in wildlife management, conservation science, and environmental protection.
