This project focuses on empowering women through education, entrepreneurship, life skills, and community leadership development across multiple locations in rural Tanzania. And supporting vulnerable individuals and families through social services and community-based programs, These projects can be combined.
Women play a central and indispensable role in family life, local economies, and community cohesion. Strengthening their skills, confidence, and economic independence has a direct and lasting impact on households, youth development, and the wider community.
The project supports women’s groups, community initiatives, and local organizations in developing practical skills related to income generation, small business management, financial literacy, leadership, and social participation. By improving access to education and economic opportunities, the project contributes to greater self-reliance, resilience, and decision-making power for women within their families and communities.
Goal: To strengthen women’s economic independence, confidence, and social participation.
Social projects: Many households face challenges related to poverty, limited access to education and healthcare, unemployment, family instability, disability, and social exclusion. This project aims to strengthen wellbeing, protection, and social inclusion by working closely with communities, local organizations, and social service providers.
Interns and volunteers support ongoing social work activities that address the needs of vulnerable groups, including children, youth, women, elderly people, and persons with disabilities. The project emphasizes a holistic and preventive approach, recognizing that social challenges are often interconnected and require coordinated responses at family and community level.
Goal: To improve wellbeing, protection, and social inclusion.
