This project supports the development of digital skills, computer literacy, and basic IT infrastructure at the Vocational Training School in rural Tanzania. Digital skills are increasingly essential for education, employment, and entrepreneurship, yet access to structured IT training remains limited in many rural areas. This project aims to bridge that gap by providing practical, relevant, and future-oriented digital education.
The project focuses on teaching foundational computer skills as well as more advanced digital competencies. Students and participants learn how to work with computers, operating systems, and common software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data management. Emphasis is placed on hands-on learning, ensuring that students gain confidence in using technology independently.
Goal: To improve digital literacy and effective technology use.
