Every 4 weeks a group of ~10 employees from various companies will arrive in Cape Town.
They’re all here for 1 reason: to join our 1-month remote working experience! With our program they will develop themselves while working remotely from Cape Town, together with a group of ambitious young professionals. We arranged their co-living, co-working space, training sessions and workshops, social activities, and local support to make sure that everything goes the way as planned: YOU! Your mission: create an inclusive and fun community for our remote workers and assist them with any questions or concerns. You will organize social activities and you ensure that every group has the best experience.
We understand the importance of job happiness. To connect the changing needs of both companies and their employees, we have designed remote working experiences. We offer an innovative way of learning that places professional and personal growth at the centre. Our program provides employees the opportunity to develop themselves through participating in training sessions and workshops alongside our community of other professionals for at least 1 month, while working remotely abroad. By immersing themselves in a new environment for an extended period, they gain the headspace and time to acquire new skills in an iterative way. We make learning both playful and applicable. Within our environment, networking, inspiration, and peer learning are encouraged. We stimulate employees to step outside their comfort zone and explore new ideas and perspectives. This approach not only fuels growth but also enhances their job happiness.
